Administrative Team
Rocio is our Administrative Assistant and Receptionist, and she brings a unique blend of creativity and compassion to the Holistic Elements team. Originally from Argentina, she has a strong background in medical case management, as well as attentive customer care. Her passion for helping others and dedication to excellent customer service make her a valued part of the client care experience.
Outside of work, Rocio loves to express herself through music—she enjoys singing, writing, dancing, and creating original songs. Her artistic spirit and positive energy bring warmth and creativity to everything she does.

Xavier is a valuable addition to Holistic Elements, serving as our Financial Administrator. Originally from Ecuador, Xavier holds a degree in financial engineering from the Central University of Ecuador and a certification in finance from the University of the Two Hemispheres. His experience extends to insurance company billing, account control, metrics for company income and expenses, website management, accounting assistance, and customer service, making him an invaluable asset in both the administrative and financial fields. Xavier excels at optimizing our resources to improve Holistic Elements' efficiency.
Among his responsibilities, Xavier provides crucial logistical support and maintenance for our facilities, ensuring a safe environment for our clients. His welcoming attitude conveys a positive feeling to anyone who enters our facility.
Outside of work, Xavier dedicates time to improving his English at West Jordan School. He finds relaxation in beach outings, swimming, and gym sessions, while enjoying time with his dogs and the beauty of nature. He strongly believes in people's innate ability to support one another and radiates positivity in his daily interactions, recognizing life as a precious gift that deserves care and appreciation.
Ian is our Administrative Manager. Ian’s warm and compassionate personality creates a welcoming and safe environment at the front desk. Ian brings their years of experience in the mental health field to meet client needs in the best ways possible. Ian is trauma informed and strives to be equity centered in all aspects of their life.
Outside of their time with Holistic Elements, Ian enjoys keeping active by pole dancing, lifting weights, and hiking. Ian greatly values quality time spent with their community and building meaningful relationships.
